当社は事業拡大に伴い、財務戦略の高度化を進めています。

経理財務部は現在、部長(50代)、シニアスペシャリスト(40代)、メンバー(20代1名)の少数精鋭体制を敷いています。

今回は、CFO直下で財務戦略・開示・連結・M&Aなど幅広い業務に携わりながら、将来的に部長候補としてチームをリードいただける方をお迎えする増員募集です。

  • 仕事内容

本ポジションでは、経理財務部のマネージャーとして、決算・開示・予算策定などの経理財務業務を中心に担当いただきます。

キャリア志向に応じて事業分析やM&Aなどのファイナンス領域にも積極的にチャレンジできる環境です。

主な業務

・決算業務(月次決算、四半期決算、年次決算)

・連結決算業務

・税務申告業務(税効果会計を含む)

・予実管理業務

・開示書類作成(決算短信、有価証券報告書等)

・計算書類、事業報告作成

・監査法人とのコミュニケーション/折衝

・上記業務を担当するメンバーのマネジメント

求める人物像・資格

  • 資格

・日商簿記2級以上もしくは同程度の知識を有する方

  • 必須要件

・上場企業での年次決算経験(規模・業界不問)

・開示・連結・予算策定いずれかの経験

  • 以下のいずれかのご経験をお持ちの方歓迎します

・チームマネジメント経験(人数不問)

・IT業界での経理経験

・M&Aや財務デューデリジェンス経験

・英語でのコミュニケーション(海外投資家対応など)
