財務経理部長候補として、財務経理業務全般を統括し、経営陣と共に経営基盤を創り、組織を構築し、IPOを見据えた体制を整備していただきます。

単なる財務経理業務の実行ではありません。経営基盤を創り、利益を生み出す仕組みを創る、それが、あなたの役割です。

(具体的には)

1.財務経理業務の統括

・月次・四半期・年次決算の統括

・予実管理、経営陣への報告

・監査法人・税理士対応の統括

・財務数値の分析、経営層への提案

日々の財務経理業務を統括しながら、「この数字から、どんな経営判断ができるのか」を常に考え、経営層に提案します。

例えば、「今月の売上が伸びた理由は 。しかし、利益率は低下している。原因は で、改善すれば利益率が %向上する」

「この事業のユニットエコノミクスを分析すると、LTVがCACの 倍。投資を拡大すべき」

そんな、利益を生み出す戦略的な提案を期待しています。

2.事業の収益性分析と利益最大化の提案

・各事業の収益性分析(売上、コスト、利益率、ユニットエコノミクス)

・事業別P&Lの作成・分析

・投資判断のための収益シミュレーション

・利益を最大化するための財務戦略提案

「どの事業が最も利益を生み出しているのか」「どこに投資すれば、最も収益性が高まるのか」「どのコストを削減すれば、利益率が改善するのか」数字を武器に、利益を最大化する戦略を経営層に提案します。

あなたの分析が、投資判断を変え、利益を生み出します。

3.財務経理チームの組織構築

・メンバーの採用、育成

・業務フローの設計・改善

・会計システムの導入・改善

・チームの評価制度設計

現在2名の財務経理チームを、あなたには拡大していただきます。「どんなメンバーが必要か」「どんな業務フローが最適か」「どんなシステムを導入すれば、効率化と利益改善が実現できるか」組織を創る経験ができます。

4.IPO準備業務のリード

・内部統制構築のリード

・規程整備、業務フロー標準化

・開示資料作成体制の構築

・監査法人との折衝

将来的なIPOを見据え、財務経理体制を抜本的に強化します。あなたには、IPO準備業務をリードしていただきたい。この経験は、あなたのキャリアに大きな価値をもたらします。

5.経営層への財務戦略提案

・月次・四半期の財務報告

・中長期的な財務戦略の提案

・事業投資の財務分析、提案

・経営課題に対する財務の視点からの提案

経営陣と共に、経営層に財務戦略を提案します。「この数字から、こんな経営判断ができます」「この事業に投資すれば、 万円の利益増が見込めます」「今後の成長のため、こんな投資が必要です」利益を生み出す視点から、経営の中核を担う経験ができます。

6.法務・コンプライアンス業務の統括(将来的に)

・契約管理体制の構築

・法務リスクの管理

・コンプライアンス体制の整備

・知的財産管理

将来的には、法務・コンプライアンス業務も統括していただく可能性があります。財務経理の枠を超えて、コーポレート全体を担うリーダーへと成長していただきたいです。

あなたは、単なる「財務経理の責任者」ではありません。

経営陣と共に、会社の経営基盤を創り、組織を構築し、IPOを見据えた体制を整備する「経営基盤を創るリーダー」として、会社の未来を創る仕事に挑みます。

この4年で売上・従業員数が共に5倍、累計36億円の資金調達を完了し、さらなる成長を遂げる。事業が急拡大する中で、財務経理の役割は「正確に数字を処理する」だけではありません。数字を通じて事業の収益性を見抜き、利益を最大化する戦略を提案し、IPOを見据えた体制を構築する。事業の成長とお金の流れの両方を理解し、経営そのものに深く関わる、戦略的な財務経理機能が求められています。

あなたには、財務経理チーム(現在2名)を率い、組織を創り、IPOを見据えた体制を構築していただきます。

そして、経営陣と共に、経営層に戦略を提案し、企業価値を最大化する。数字とプロセスを武器に、経営判断を支え、利益を生み出す仕組みを創り、会社の未来を創る、そんな壮大な挑戦がここにあります。

財務経理部長候補として、あなたは経営陣と共に、財務経理業務全般を統括し、組織を構築し、IPOを見据えた体制を整備する。それが、このポジションのミッションです。

(期待する役割)

入社後は、財務経理部長候補として財務経理業務全般を統括し、経営陣と共に経営基盤を創り、組織を構築し、IPOを見据えた体制を整備していただきます。ただし、重要なのは日々の業務統括だけでなく、「この数字から、どんな経営判断ができるのか」「どの事業が最も利益を生み出しているのか」「どこに投資すれば、最も収益性が高まるのか」を常に考え、経営層に財務戦略を提案することです。

また、現在2名の財務経理チームを拡大し、メンバーの採用・育成、業務フローの設計、システムの導入など、組織構築をリードしていただきたいです。さらに、IPO準備業務を主導し、内部統制構築や規程整備を推進してください。

経営陣と共に、経営基盤を創り、利益を生み出す仕組みを創り、企業価値を最大化する、そんな存在になっていただくことを期待しています。

・マネジメント経験(人数規模不問)

※経験やスキルに応じて提示年収は上下いたします。

月額:350,000円~

・上記金額は月45時間までの残業時間込み。超過分は別途支給。

・昇給機会は年2回

9:00-18:00を基本とし、社内規程に則り変更可能とする
