職務目的(Job Purpose)

高い収益性を堅持しながら保険事業を安定的に成長させるという観点から、AIG(日本)の経営管理能力を強化することを目的としています。この職務を通じて、候補者は以下の業務を遂行します。

• 保険引受部門と連携し、保険商品情報の評価、分析、モニタリング、報告を実施

• 保険事業の業績に関する財務分析を提供することにより、AIG(日本)の財務業績に貢献

• 実績、予算、予測のモニタリング

• 定期的(毎月/四半期毎)なビジネスレビューの実施

• 経営陣の指示による特別プロジェクトの補佐

職責(Job Responsibilities)

• 保険商品および子会社の業績に関する分析を提供し、これらの業績が予算に沿っていることを確認することで、事業の成長と収益性改善を支援します

• AIG(日本)の業績を多面的(連結レベル、商品レベル、子会社レベル)に調査、分析、報告

• 業績に関連した特別な分析の実施

• 予算策定、業績予測、財務計画の支援

o     P/L、および部門の経費管理

• 費用配賦に関わる業務の支援

• 経理部門との連携・支援(財務会計の妥当性検証 etc.)

• ビジネス・パートナー業務

o     保険引受・営業部門および海外を含むファイナンス・グループとの連携

最終学歴

• 学士号または同等の学位

スキル/知識/能力/資格

• 簿記3級程度の基本的な会計知識(尚可)

• 英語力については現時点では求められるレベルに達していないが、業務および自己研鑽を通じて求められるビジネスレベルに高める強い意志があること

• MS Office (Excel、PowerPoint、Wordなど)を用いたデータ集計及び分析、資料作成の実務経験

• SAPおよび関連アプリケーション/システムの経験(尚可)

• 細部への強いこだわりと問題解決志向

• 優れた問題解決能力を有し、細部にまで注意を払い、正確さと品質を提供することに強い意欲を持つこと。

• 優れた対人スキルとチームプレーヤーであり、部門を超えた影響力のある効果的なコミュニケーション能力を有する

業務経験

• 財務企画部門または経理部門の経験(尚可)

  ※グレードは経験・スキル等により17~19で決定する。
