職務目的(Job Purpose)
経理部資金課では主に社内で発生する各種支払業務や銀行残高・入出金の管理、資金繰りや流動性リスク管理関連の業務を担当しています。
日々の入出金管理や支払業務を円滑に行うことや中長期的な資金繰りを管理することによって会社全体の業務を財務面からサポートを行っています。
職責(Job Responsibilities)
Firm BankingやSAP、Web Banking等を使用した社外(国内・海外)への支払処理
社外(国内・海外)からの入金処理、経理計上
日々の銀行入出金や残高の管理と関連レポートの作成と現預金の効率的かつ適切な管理
銀行口座の開設や閉鎖、届出内容変更にかかる銀行への書類提出や社内手続
年次・月次・日次の資金繰り管理のサポート、流動性と投資バランスの管理
流動性リスク管理関連レポート作成のサポート
SOX対応・監査対応
各種社内外からの問い合わせ対応
