楽天グループ株式会社に属しながら、楽天モバイル株式会社の経理業務を担当頂きます。

配属先となる楽天グループ株式会社 財務経理戦略部 経理課は、コーポレートアカウンティンググループ、ビジネスアカウンティンググループ、固定資産グループ、税務グループの4つのグループで構成され、財務会計領域全般を担当しています。

今回は、コーポレートアカウンティンググループの配下にある組織のマネジメントを行っていただける方を募集いたします。

経理のプロフェッショナルとして、関連法規を遵守し財務報告の卓越性を高めることで、内外ステークホルダーとの透明性と信頼を強化しマネジメントの意思決定に資する情報を提供し続けることをミッションとしています。

事業は継続して拡大しており、多様な業務に携わる機会も多く、これまでの経験や会計知識を活かしながら幅広い経験とスキルを身につけることができます。

ポジション:

業務内容

・決算(単体決算、連結報告)、会社法対応、監査対応

・IFRS、JGAAP、税法の各基準における会計処理の検討

・全社横断的な会計業務の立案及び実施

・社内配賦基準の構築と業務フローやガイドラインの整備

・M&A、組織再編などに伴う会計処理の検討等

・メンバーの指導や育成、組織力向上に向けた取り組み

働く環境

・財務経理戦略部 経理課:60名程

・コーポレートアカウンティンググループ:10名程

通信、インターネットサービス、広告、メーカー、監査法人、税理士法人等様々なバックグラウンドを持った中途社員が活躍しています。また、新卒からベテランまで年齢層も幅広いのが特徴です。

必須要件:

・事業会社での経理経験5年以上

・マネジメント経験がある方

歓迎要件:

・公認会計士、税理士、日商簿記1級等の資格

・単体決算一連の業務経験またはマネジメント経験

・連結決算業務、上場企業の子会社としての連結報告業務

・IFRS決算業務経験
