■決算(単体決算、連結報告)、会社法対応、監査対応
■IFRS、JGAAP、税法の各基準における会計処理の検)
■全社横断的な会計業務の立案及び実施
■社内配賦基準の構築と業務フローやガイドラインの整備
■M&A、組織再編などに伴う会計処理の検討等
■メンバーの指導や育成、組織力向上に向けた取り組み(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
■事業会社での経理経験5年以上
■マネジメント経験がある方
【歓迎経験・スキル】
■公認会計士、税理士、日商簿記1級等の資格
■単体決算一連の業務経験またはマネジメント経験
■連結決算業務、上場企業の子会社としての連結報告業務
■IFRS決算業務経験(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
