■Responsibilities

・Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to drive HR strategies aligned with business goals.

・Manage and execute Talent Management programs.

・Oversee key Learning and Development (L&D) processes across the organization.

・Develop next-generation leader development plans and succession planning.

・Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement.

■Requirements

・Fluency in English and Japanese.

・5+ years of experience in Strategic HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, or Talent Management.

・Ability to identify organizational issues and propose/execute solutions.

・Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

■Salary

14M JPY - 15M JPY
