【リンクの療育】

・個別に特化した療育。

・児童1人に対し指導員1名のマンツーマンスタイル。

・療育時間は児童の集中力を考慮した時間設定で効果的なアプローチを実践。

・送迎業務は無し療育に集中できる

・一人ひとりに寄り添った丁寧なアセスメントやモニタリングとプランを作成。お子様の成長や効果を実感できます。

・保護者様同伴の通所。フィードバック・相談等による保護者様支援も大切にしています。

勤務時間・曜日:

・勤務時間9時〜18時(休憩60分)

・月~金曜日

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(土日休み)

・夏季休暇、冬季休暇(12/29~1/3)

・祝日相当分の特別有休付与(令和8年度新設)

・家族都合での急なお休みOK

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥290,000 〜 ¥380,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥37,000〜¥48,500(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・昇給年1回、賞与年2回

・通勤交通費(月3万円上限)

・固定残業代は時間外労働の有無にかかわらず支給

・月給 300,000円 ~ 380,000円
