【人材紹介事業立ち上げ/セールス】

急成長HRTech企業である株式会社ヒュープロにて、人材紹介事業の新規立ち上げメンバーを募集します。昨対比300%の成長率を誇る経営管理転職プラットフォーム「ヒュープロ」を運営し、士業領域で業界トップシェアを獲得。2024年は「ダイレクトスカウトサービス」「M&A領域の採用支援」「管理部門領域の採用支援」など新規事業を次々と展開しています。

本ポジションは、事業立ち上げフェーズにおける営業戦略の構築、新規顧客開拓、既存顧客へのクロスセル提案、営業オペレーションの仕組み化、事業方針・収益計画策定など、幅広い業務に挑戦できます。入社後6ヶ月前後でリーダーを目指せる環境で、チームマネジメントやメンバー育成、採用業務にも早期から携われます。

営業は「科学」と捉え、データ分析や市場分析、ハイパフォーマー分析を通じて誰もが活躍できるフィールドを創出。ロジカルシンキングや課題改善スキルなど、ビジネスの根幹となるスキルを身につけることができます。月1回の1on1で経営層から直接フィードバックを受け、キャリア形成を明確に描ける点も魅力です。

月給:260,000円~460,000円

・月給=基本給+一律手当(残業代・交通費は別途支給)

・想定年収:312万円~552万円

・賞与:業績連動制(会社状況により変動)

・昇給:1年目で理論年収100万円以上UPの実績あり

・試用期間:6ヶ月(同条件)
