私たちは、DSPオーナーの成功を伴走型でサポートするアカウントマネージャーを募集しています。アカウントマネージャーは、新たにDSPプログラムに参加するDSPをリクルーティングチームから引継ぎ、事業の立ち上げから拡大までをDSPオーナーと共に実現します。

法人営業やサードパーティーベンダーの管理経験がある方、また新規事業立ち上げや会社経営の経験がある方がこのポジションに向いています。

アカウントマネージャーは、担当するDSPの状況をタイムリーに理解し、DSPの経営目標達成に向けて社内外のステークホルダーと協力します。

不確定要素が多い環境に抵抗がなく、毎日変わる問題に楽しんで取り組めること。複数のプロジェクトを速いスピードで進行できること。ステークホルダーと信頼関係を築き、変革に向けて前進することが求められます。

Key job responsibilities

・事業開始から拡大まで、最高のDSPエクスペリエンスを提供するプロセスを設計・実装する

・DSPが日常的にコミュニケーションする窓口として、事業拡大に伴って起きるDSPのオペレーション上の課題解決をサポートし、DSPが高いパフォーマンスを発揮できる環境を整える

・DSPとビジネスレビューを実施し、新たなビジネスの可能性について議論すると共に、ベンチマークデータやインサイトを提供する

・プログラムやプロセスの課題を見つけ、クロスファンクショナルチームと協力してスケーラブルな解決策を実現する

・DSPとの信頼関係を構築し、配送キャパシティの目標を達成する

・DSPが稼働する配送拠点に出張し(2-3日/週)、DSPに必要なサポートを提供する

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in account/relationship management, small business logistics, retail/vendor/supplier management, or managing external companies/key accounts.
  • Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
  • Experience in digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis
  • Relevant experience in using data analytics to solve problems such as customer, partner or business performance issues
  • Business level of Japanese
  • Basic English reading and writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions
  • Last Mile, Operations, or small parcel packaging experience
  • Verbal, written, and presentation skills, particularly in delivering constructive feedback and working through complex issues
  • Excellent project management skill
  • Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to transform ideas into action
  • Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture
