「パートナーアライアンス/新設組織【経営管理SaaS】」のポジションの求人です

【募集背景】

2023年より新たに「パートナービジネス部門」を立ち上げ、同社における重要戦略として取締役CTOの坂本が責任者を担い順調な成長を描いてきました。

今回は更なる組織拡大に伴いパートナーセールスとして参画いただける方を募集します。

【具体的な業務内容】

■金融機関をはじめとしたパートナー企業様から顧客をご紹介をいただくための関係構築・提案の実行

■各営業所との関係性構築、代理店育成の仕組み作り

■各企業ごとのキーパーソンの調査、関係構築をしながら新たな顧客先紹介をいただくための企画・推進

■セミナーや勉強会の共催先企業の獲得や公園登壇者との関係構築、面談機械の創出

■案件のクロージング部門への連携(金融機関からの案件のみ)

【配属組織】

責任者1名、5名のメンバーにて構成されております。

※責任者の方はHRTech企業様にてパートナーセールスの立ち上げに携わった方です。

■パートナーセールスのご経験

【給与】

年収 700 ~ 1100 万円

※想定のインセンティブを含んだ想定年収です

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります

【勤務時間】

09:00~17:00
