デジタルサービス基盤開発本部 共同化グループ
<業務内容>
区市町村DXにおける重要なキーワードである、「共同化」を推進する業務全般を担っていただきます。
関わっていただく業務は、主に、都や都内自治体とデジタルツール等の共同調達
- 共同開発に向けた各種リサーチやワーキンググループ開催に向けた準備運営に関する事務作業が中心となる予定です。
チームで複数の業務を並行して処理していく必要があるため、関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションをとりながら、手際よくマルチタスクをこなしていただけることを期待しています。
具体的な業務内容は、以下の通りです(一例)
- 共同調達・共同開発に関する各種情報収集・調査、関連資料作成
- デジタルツール・システムの先進事例等の各種情報収集・調査、関連資料作成
- 都内自治体との会議日程調整、準備、議事録作成、問合せ対応補助
- その他、事業に関連する事務

想定年収:365万円 ~430万円※賞与(年2回)含む

※業務の状況に応じてリモート勤務をすることも可能です。雇用形態契約社員勤務体系フルフレックスタイム制

採用の日から2026年3月31日まで
(勤務実績考慮の上、1年毎に更新を最大4回行い、2030年3月31日まで更新することができます。)
