【募集背景】

日立はIT、OT(Operational Technology)、プロダクトを組み合わせたソリューションで、お客さまのイノベーションを支えています。

そのような環境ですので、取引が複雑化・多様化し、契約締結交渉が重要となっており、また、紛争も複雑化・大規模化しています。

そこで契約締結局面や紛争局面において、法的交渉やその前提としての事実把握・法的分析・法的戦術立案等に対応できる方を募集いたします。

【職務概要】

法務メンバーとして、日立グループの争訟やM&Aの国内外案件、本社管轄組織からの法律相談対応に従事いただきます。

【職務詳細】

訟務・契約グループでは下記1〜5の業務を対応しており、ご入社後まずは3,4の相談対応からお任せします。

ある程度業務に慣れていただいた後、1,2の争訟・M&A対応にも携わっていただきます。

海外に主要拠点をもつ事業部が複数あるため、現地子会社や取引先と英語でのコミュニケーションが発生します。

4.法律相談への対応 (上記1.-4.の各種対応における交渉支援・交渉同席を含む)

【働く環境】

1.法務本部は約80名在籍しており、訟務・契約グループは約6名の組織です。

2.リモートワーク、フレックス勤務体系も併用しています。(個人差がありますが、週の半分程度リモート勤務するメンバーが多いです)

※法務としての専門性を高めて頂く中で事業部法務やグループ会社法務への異動の可能性もあります。

応募資格

【必須条件】

・企業法務における争訟又はM&A対応経験をお持ちの方(目安7年以上)もしくは、法律事務所での弁護士業務経験をお持ちの方(5年以上)

・ビジネスレベルの英語力(英語での会議を主体的に進めることができるレベル)

【歓迎条件】

・契約相談及び法律相談の経験(目安:10年以上)

・法的交渉対応(交渉同席を含む)の経験

・プライム上場企業における企業法務の経験

■想定月給:463,000〜605,000円

■想定年収:7,800,000〜10,300,000円

8:50〜17:20(実働7時間45分、休憩45分)
