【募集背景】

日立はIT、OT(Operational Technology)、プロダクトを組み合わせたソリューションで、お客さまのイノベーションを支えています。

そのような環境ですので、取引が複雑化・多様化し、契約締結交渉が重要となっており、また、紛争も複雑化・大規模化しています。

そこで契約締結局面や紛争局面において、法的交渉やその前提としての事実把握・法的分析・法的戦術立案等に対応できる方を募集いたします。

【職務概要】

法務スタッフ(担当者)として、日立グループの争訟やM&Aの国内外案件、本社管轄組織からの法律相談対応に従事いただきます。

【職務詳細】

訟務・契約グループでは下記1〜5の業務を対応しており、ご入社後まずは3,4の相談対応からお任せします。

ある程度業務に慣れていただいた後、1,2の争訟・M&A対応にも携わっていただきます。

海外に主要拠点をもつ事業部が複数あるため、現地子会社や取引先と英語でのコミュニケーションが発生します。

4.法律相談への対応 (上記1.-4.の各種対応における交渉支援・交渉同席を含む)

【働く環境】

1.法務本部は約80名在籍しており、訟務・契約グループは約6名の組織です。

2.リモートワーク、フレックス勤務体系も併用しています。(個人差がありますが、週の半分程度リモート勤務するメンバーが多いです)

※法務としての専門性を高めて頂く中で事業部法務やグループ会社法務への異動の可能性もあります。

応募資格

【必須条件】

・事業会社の法務部のご出身もしくは法律事務所で弁護士業務経験をお持ちの方(目安3年以上)

・ビジネスレベルの英語力(英文レビュー、資料作成、外国籍ステークホルダーとの会議にて使用)

【歓迎条件】

・M&A又は紛争対応の経験

・契約相談及び法律相談の経験

・法的交渉対応(交渉同席を含む)の経験

■想定月給:403,000〜448,000円

■想定年収:6,800,000〜7,600,000円
