オウンドメディア(コーポレートサイトや、Faceboo/Instagrumkなどのソーシャルメディア)
- 企業ブランディング
危機・リスク管理コミュニケーション
社内コミュニケーションプランの立案・実施・評価
エグゼクティブコミュニケーション (取材、タウンホール、マネジメントメッセージなど)
CSR活動:グローバルのCSR活動を活用しつつ、必要に応じて日本独自のプログラムを立案・実施
- 米国本社(特にグローバルコミュニケーション)との連携
- 患者団体、NPO、NGO等との戦略的、効果的な協働
- 成果を出すために、広報代理店等との効果的なパートナーシップの構築

- 広報理論とプロジェクトマネジメントに関する基本的な知識と経験、もしくは、広報に対する関心が高く、学習意欲が高い方。
- 企画立案・実施能力: 目標を達成するための社内外コミュニケーションプランを企画、立案、実施することができる。
- 文章力:効果的にメッセージを伝えるためのコミュニケーションを日英で作成することができる。
- 分析能力: 課題や問題を的確に理解・把握し、コミュニケーション活動に有効活用すると同時に、広報の観点から、関係者にアドバイスを提供することができる。
- コミュニケーション能力: 効果的なコミュニケーションを行い、社内外のステークホルダーの理解や賛同を得ることができる。
- 関係構築力: 社内外のステークホルダーと効果的に連携することができる。
- 問題解決能力: 自らの知識や経験、前例の考察に基づき、複雑な問題に関する解決策を提案することができる。
- リスク管理能力: 潜在的なリスクに関する情報を収集し、予防策を提案するとともに、発生したリスク案件の対処方法を提案することができる。
- 複数の関係者が関わる広報プログラムを効果的に実施するため、One teamとしての成功を重視するとともに、自らの役割を責任感と積極性をもって果たすことができる。指示待ちではなく、自ら考え、提案、行動できる。
- 業務遂行に必要な関連法規や会社規則について理解でき、自らの業務に応用することができる。
- 複数の複雑な業務を、優先順位をつけて、効果的に実施できる。
- 日英での文書作成、読解、ディスカッション、プレゼンテーションスキル
- ビジネス英語。経営陣、米国本社担当者と文書や会議でコミュニケーションが可能であることが望ましい
