仕事概要
2024年に創業したばかりの人材紹介事業のスタートアップ会社です。看護師/介護士特化型の人材紹介事業において、求職者獲得のマーケティング活動を行っていただきます。 雇入れ直後にお任せする業務 ・新規求職者獲得に向けたマーケティング戦略の立案 Lどのチャネルを活用するか、どの程度の予算を配分するかなど、戦略全体の設計を担当いただきます。 マーケティング施策の実行 ・オンライン広告(SNS、リスティング、求人広告等)からオフライン施策(イベント、説明会等)まで、幅広いチャネルを活用したプロモーションを実施します。 広告効果の分析・改善(CPA改善) ・獲得コストを最適化するためのデータ分析を行い、改善策を企画・実行します。 将来的な業務の広がり(変更の範囲) ・戦略立案・実行に加え、ブランディング施策や新規チャネル開拓など、事業成長に応じて幅広いマーケティング業務に携わっていただきます。 ・業務の状況や会社の成長フェーズに応じて、柔軟に業務範囲が変化する可能性があります。 ・マーケティング部門の責任者としてマネジメントをお任せします

【予定年収420~600万円】 月給:350,000円~500,000円 ※上記には月45時間分(85,600円~122,300円)の固定残業代が含まれます。超過分は別途全額支給します。
