店舗事業のマネジメント<管理職候補>入退場自動ゲートメーカー/年休120日/年収600万~【東京】

【仕事内容】

店舗の建築および内装工事の施工管理業務を行っていただきます。

~元請9割/店舗内装工事の受注管理や現場調査など裁量大きく活躍/メンバー育成もお任せ/需要拡大に伴う人員増強/基本土日祝休み/年休+指定休=125日/住宅手当や家族手当など福利厚生も充実~

  • 業務内容:

入退場における自動ゲートの製造・販売を手掛ける同社。

人が出入りをする場面でのセキュリティ管理・労務管理・省力化のために需要が伸びております。

本ポジションでは店舗事業のマネジメント職として、店舗の建築や内装工事の依頼や相談に対し、提案や見積もりから協力業者手配・受発注業務、現場調査等、これまでの経験を活かしてマネジメント業務を担っていただきます。

  • 具体的には:【変更の範囲:なし】

・顧客との商談

・打ち合わせ

・現場調査

・工事積算

・現場確認

・チームメンバーの業務指導

・品質管理、工程管理、安全管理、予算管理業務 など

  • 案件の特徴:

店舗や飲食店では全体プロデュース。受注金額は1万円~1億を超えるものまで様々です。

そのため工期も設備設置等1時間程度で終わるようなものから3ヶ月程度かかるものまで様々です。

  • 業務の特徴:
  • 案件については、元請9割程度・下請1割り程度となります。
  • 工事によって下請け会社様へ発注

  • 工期は1ヶ月以内が大半となります。

  • 働き方:

月1回程度、担当する現場によっては土曜日や日曜日に出社いただく可能性もありますが、3ヶ月以内に代休を取得いただきます。

【年収・給与】

【想定年収】600万円~800万円(年齢例:40歳~52歳)【想定月収】50万円~66万円(年齢例:40歳~52歳)※上記の金額内で経験・能力等を考慮の上、同社規定により最大限優遇いたします。賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。月給(月額)は固定手当を含めた表記です。賞与:有り(年2回)昇給:有り(年1回)
