仕事内容
埼玉県三郷市にある当社の商品センターにて、事務業務をお任せします 。
《日々発生する業務》
- 伝票処理
納品書や出荷指示の管理をお任せします。まずは出荷指示書を商品管理スタッフに手渡しし、指示にもとづいて商品を段ボールに梱包した後、出荷指示が商品管理スタッフから渡されます。納品書・出荷指示書をもとに、PCで宅配便の送り状を作成します。
- 発注業務
本社から送られてくる伝票の仕分け及びまとめ作業をお任せ。受発注システム使用して伝票の修正や削除を行います。また、商品管理スタッフからの発注依頼書をもとにメーカーへ発注します。発注するのは、洋菓子の包材(ケーキのアルミや箱など)、食パンの袋、手提の袋などなど。必要な数を倉庫内確認してから受発注システムに数を入力します。
- 在庫管理
仕入先から商品が届いたら、その商品と数量をシステムに在庫計上し、
実際に倉庫に在庫しているものと一致させます。
- 送り状の作成
商品名、数量をシステムに入力し、出荷する荷物に貼り付ける送り状を作成します。一部手書きの送り状あり。出荷料が多いときは迅速かつ正確に入力する必要があります。
- 電話対応
主に本社や仕入れ先様からの電話に対応です。
- ECサイト用出荷作業
ECサイトへ出品用の商品のピッキング・梱包作業をしていただきます。
《まれに発生する業務》
- カタログ出荷作業
年4~5回、商品カタログの封入・発送作業をしていただきます。
複数人で作業しますが、1500件ほどあります。
- 経理総務
商品センターで働くスタッフのタイムカード管理(月1回)
小口現金の管理(週1回)
- その他雑務

商品センター勤務のスタッフは現在9名。その中で2名が事務業務を担当しています。
ほとんどが中途入社です。気持ちよく挨拶ができる、気さくなスタッフばかりです。
- やりがい&厳しさ
繁忙期には出荷量が普段の倍以上の数になるため、スタッフ同士で期限や目標を共有しながらチームワークを大切にし業務に取り組み、時間内に終えたときは大きな達成感があります。
- 向き&不向き
少数精鋭なのでセンター内のスタッフとのチームワークが必須です。コミュニケーションがしっかり取れる方に向いています。手が空いたら自ら仕事を見つけたり仲間に声をかける自発性も必要となります。

クリスマスやバレンタイン等のイベントが多い繁忙期以外はほとんど残業はありません。

給与
年収 円 ~ 円
月給 237000円 ~ 300000円
上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。
みなし残業代:30,700円以上
みなし残業時間:20.00時間
※能力や経験を考慮して決定します。
※3ヵ月の試用期間あり。試用期間中の給与・待遇に変更はありません。
※上記金額には一律支給の住宅手当(5000円)が含まれます。
※上記額にはみなし残業代(月20時間分、30,700円以上)を含みます。
※超過分は全額支給します。
