株式会社ドラテクは東京都板橋区を拠点に、板橋・練馬など東武東上線エリアを中心に「水回り」「内装」リフォームを手がける会社です。

風通しが良く相談しやすい職場で、社用車は1人1台。移動や準備の負担が少ない働き方が実現できます。

【主な業務】

・浴室(ユニットバス)、キッチン、洗面、トイレなど水回り設備の交換・組立・配管

・フルリフォームや部分改修に伴う内装工事(クロス・床・巾木・大工補助・電気作業 ほか)

・現場準備、片付け、品質チェック、清掃

【育成・研修】

入社後は先輩に同行しながら簡単な作業からスタート

ご自身のペースに合わせてしっかり手厚くフォローします

【1日の流れ(例)】

09:00 現場へ直行し業務開始

12:00 休憩

13:00 作業再開

18:00 業務終了

室内作業中心で一年を通して安定

天候に左右されにくく、季節を問わず安定して働ける環境です。

求める人材:

【学歴・職歴不問/未経験歓迎】

  • 普通自動車免許(AT可/必須)
  • 日本語での業務遂行が可能な方(安全指示・お客様対応のため)
  • 真面目にコツコツ取り組める方、手に職をつけたい方

※経験者の方は優遇します(配管・大工・電気・内装 いずれかの実務)

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間:9:00~18:00(実働8時間、休憩1時間)​

◇基本的に残業なし

・週休2日制

(現場は板橋区・練馬区など東武東上線沿線が中心)

給与:

月給:250,000円〜500,000円以上(経験・能力を最大限考慮)

【手当・賞与】

・通勤手当/休日出勤手当

・昇給あり(成果・評価に応じてしっかり反映)

・賞与年2回(合計2ヶ月分支給)

【モデル月収】

・入社1年目:月給25万+ボーナス2回

・入社2年目:月給35万+ボーナス2回(昇給10万円/月)
