【仕事内容】

<職務概要>

フージャースリビングサービス、フージャースケアデザインを支える、管理部門の構築と業務全般をお任せします。

社長や役員との距離も近く、経営層と一緒に会社を強固にしていくポジションで、以下の業務を先輩社員・メンバーと共に担っていただきます。

まずは、人事制度変更に伴い、その運用をお任せしていく予定で、各種人事管理システムの設定・導入に関わっていただきます。

<職務詳細>

  • サービス系事業における管理部門の構築 ⇒部署における業務の型化、骨子作りに取り組んでいただきます。
  • 人事労務業務全般 ⇒給与計算を含めた労務関連業務全般をお任せします。 ゆくゆくは人事制度設計等を通し、ES向上に向けたの取り組みをしてもらいます。

※各拠点、事業所等へ行っていただく機会も多いため、現場へ足を運ぶことに抵抗が無い方にオススメです。

【必須】

■4年制大学/大学院を卒業・修了された方

■人事、総務部門での給与計算・労務経験が5年以上ある方(人材マネジメント経験不問)

■人事・労務分野における業務マネジメント経験がある方

■「社会保険労務士」資格保有の方または不動産業界での就業経験がある方

【給与】

【想定年収】600万円~1,001万円(年齢例:30歳~45歳)

【想定月収】421,670~667,500円(年齢例:30歳~45歳)

※上記金額はあくまでも目安であり、経験・年齢・能力などを考慮のうえ、同社規定により決定します。実際、記載年収を上回った提示実績もございます。

■賃金内訳

基本給:263,650~617,500円/月

その他固定手当:50,000円/月

固定残業手当:108,020~153,800円/月(45時間分/月)

■賞与:有り(年2回・6月、12月支給)

■昇給:有り(年1回)
