◆こんなお仕事です◆

Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 20年以上の実績を持つ療育プログラムを採用した小さな療育園です。個別療育と集団療育を組み合わせて、子どもたち一人ひとりに合わせたオーダーメイドの支援を行っています。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 子どもたちの発達段階に合わせた成長サポートを行います。日常生活の基本動作指導、知識技能のレクチャー、集団生活への適応訓練、保護者とのコミュニケーション、記録作成などが主な業務です。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. スタッフの約8割が未経験スタートです。入職後は経験豊富な先輩がマンツーマンでサポート。新任研修制度・社内研修制度も整っており、3か月前後で数人の子どもの担当を持てるようになります。

A. 子どもの成長を温かくサポートしたい方、チームワークを大切にする方、人とのコミュニケーションを大切にできる方が活躍中です。年齢不問で、子育て中の職員も多数在籍しています。

残業月平均0時間、定時退勤が基本で、日祝固定休み+週休2日制。正社員登用制度もあり(過去3年間で6名実績)、頑張りがきちんとカタチになる環境です。
