入居者の日常生活に合わせて、機能訓練や生活動作の維持を目的としたリハビリを行います。
看護・介護職と連携し、安心できる暮らしを支えます。
【1日のスケジュール例】
09:00 居室訪問(起床時の立ち座り支援)
10:30 集団体操の指導
12:00 昼休憩(食堂で休憩)
13:30 個別リハ(歩行練習・筋トレ)
15:00 ADL支援(着替え・入浴前後)
16:30 ご家族とのカンファレンス
17:30 退勤
