主に大手企業を中心に、

当社の総務アウトソーシングサービスの

提案・導入コンサルティングを行います。

基本的には反響型の営業です。

(お問合せ経由の提案スタイル)

  • ご提案の流れ

【STEP1】まずはヒアリングから

法人のお客様に対して

お問い合わせの背景や

事業課題などをヒアリングし、

一緒に課題解決の方法を検討。

打ち合わせなどを重ねる中で、

最適なご提案をしていきます。

※商談は訪問・Web両方で行っており、

リモートワークも併用しています。

社内間のコミュニケーションも

チャットやWEBツールを使って

シームレスにやり取りしています。

【STEP2】課題から解決策をご提案

  • クライアントの事業理解
  • マーケットリサーチ(市場調査)
  • シミュレーション作成や戦略立案

これらの過程を経て、

最適な解決策をご提案。

  • 総務プロフェッショナル人材のBPO
  • 業務効率化・コスト削減方法提案
  • クラウドツールの活用提案

など

コンサルティングを行います。

【STEP3】導入まで長期的に伴走

などを通じて信頼関係を築きます。

おおよそ半年~1年を想定しており、

長期のコンサルティング提案が前提です。

ガンガン契約を獲得するような

【短期集中型】の営業職ではなく、

長期でお客さまに伴走していく

【長距離走型】の営業スタイルです。

実働時間:1日あたり7時間45分

基本給:月給 28万円 〜 35万円

固定残業代:なし
