Job Summary
Develop and execute strategies for assigned areas as a senior sales representative.
He/she will work with his/her team to spontaneously raise issues, find solutions, and collaborate with the relevant departments to resolve them.
He/she will propose the value of our products to university hospitals, general hospitals, and distributors, and will also serve as a safety information provider.
Build good relationships with customers and other employees to propose solutions to customer issues and achieve his/her own product sales goals.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies and event plans for assigned areas based on company and sales department policies.
- Accurately grasp and analyze the market in the assigned area, select targets, establish targets by target and visitation plans to achieve the sales target. (Account Strategy)
- As a provider of safe and appropriate use, understand and explain product knowledge and usage.
- Attending the surgery at the time of new introduction of the product.
- Carry out proper inventory management in compliance with company policies.
- Performs company-required submissions on time.
- Actively participate in company and department meetings and training as required.
- Continuously enhance product and therapy knowledge and sales skills to provide customers with differentiated services and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Share sales plans with dealers and build win-win relationships.

資格
Education & Experience
- University degree or higher
- At least 4 years of experience in medical industry sales.
- Experience in medical device sales would be better.
Certificates, Licenses, Registration
- Standard driver's license

- Basic business communication skills, including verbal and business email

- Presentation skills
