As Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will support the strategic and operational leadership of the hotel's dining experiences. From stylish restaurants to curated events, you'll help shape the F&B identity and ensure exceptional service, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support F&B strategy and operations for pre-opening and daily service
  • Assist in managing restaurants, bars, and event spaces
  • Ensure consistent delivery of brand standards and service excellence
  • Collaborate with Culinary, Sales, and Marketing teams to enhance guest experiences
  • Monitor guest feedback and operational KPIs
  • Recruit, train, and develop F&B team members
  • Promote a culture of care, creativity, and collaboration

  • 開業準備および日々の料飲業務の戦略と運営支援

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in F&B leadership role in a lifestyle or luxury hotel
  • Pre-opening experience is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and service mindset
  • Fluency in Japanese and English
