As Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will support the strategic and operational leadership of the hotel's dining experiences. From stylish restaurants to curated events, you'll help shape the F&B identity and ensure exceptional service, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Support F&B strategy and operations for pre-opening and daily service
- Assist in managing restaurants, bars, and event spaces
- Ensure consistent delivery of brand standards and service excellence
- Collaborate with Culinary, Sales, and Marketing teams to enhance guest experiences
- Monitor guest feedback and operational KPIs
- Recruit, train, and develop F&B team members
- Promote a culture of care, creativity, and collaboration

- 開業準備および日々の料飲業務の戦略と運営支援
- レストラン・バー・イベントスペースの管理補佐
- ブランド基準とサービス品質の一貫した提供
- 料理部門・営業・マーケティングとの連携によるゲスト体験の向上
- ゲストの声と業務KPIの分析
- 料飲チームの採用・研修・育成
- 思いやり・創造性・協働を重視した文化の推進
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in F&B leadership role in a lifestyle or luxury hotel
- Pre-opening experience is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and service mindset
- Fluency in Japanese and English
