【仕事内容】
・主に50MW超の大型蓄電所プロジェクトの企画推進・プロジェクトマネジメントを担って頂きます。
・プロジェクト開発、技術的事項、資金調達、O&Mを担う社内他部署・グループ会社と緊密に連携し業務の遂行します。
別途、電源開発チームが土地探し等を、ファイナンスチームが資金調達・投資家検討等をメインで行いますが、各部署と連携をしながら、案件を進めていきます。
【企画検討フェーズ】市場・制度を理解した上でプロジェクトの企画立案、FSを実施、技術検討、CAPEX/OPEX見積の取得及び精査、Financial Modelの作成、その他技術的・商務的検討の実施
【事業実施フェーズ】SPCの組成、機器調達、各種契約締結、工事・技術検討の進捗管理に加え各種課題の抽出と解決、官公庁との折衝なども行います。
【運転開始後】蓄電池売買契約、アセットマネジメント契約、O&M契約、運用委託契約などプロジェクト遂行に必要な契約一式の調整・締結、運転開始後のプロジェクト管理全般(収支管理、予算管理、行政報告、O&M実施状況の確認、市場運用状況の確認、機器トラブルへの対応及び必要な意思決定) など
