全国に6店舗を展開する箸専門店<銀座夏野>で販売スタッフ大募集

定着率が良く、ほとんど欠員が出ないため久しぶりの募集です。

お箸の世界に興味がある、奥深い接客をしてみたい、

人と話すことが好き、接客業デビューをしたい

お箸作りや職人の仕事に興味がある..など

<仕事内容>

・接客

・販売

・レジ

・品出し

・PC作業

などの販売業務全般をお任せします。

今回募集するお仕事は、<販売員>といっても、

ただ接客・レジ打ちするのではなく、

お客様のニーズをくみ取り提案をしたり、

職人とお客様を繋ぐことの出来るとても奥の深いお仕事

たとえば「ネットで下見していたこのお箸が欲しい」とお目当てのものを買いにいらしたお客様がいて、

よくよく話を聞いたら違うお箸の方がニーズにマッチしていたということも

「自分ではわからなかったありがとう」とお客様に満足していただき、

感謝されるとてもやりがいのあるお仕事です

最初はお箸に特別興味がなかったお客様も、

あなたが接客していくうちに面白いと興味を持ち、

お箸の世界にはまってしまったありがとうなんてことも

もちろん、はじめは商品知識は不要

知識がある方は大歓迎ですが、

実は当社の社長もはじめは全く知識がないところからのスタートでした

そこから職人技術やお箸が完成するまでの背景を知り、

おもしろいと魅力にはまり今に至ります

まずは接客が好き人と話すのが好きという想いが何より大事です

勤務を継続していけば、

お客様の要望を伝えて職人さんに商品を新しく作っていただいたり、

お箸の生産に携わることも出来るので、

ゆくゆくは自分の手でお箸を作りたいという方も歓迎です

マイ箸、プレゼント、引出物など様々なシーンでお使いいただけるお箸専門店。

2500種類お箸の取扱いがあります。

最近では海外からのお客様も多く、お箸目当てに遠方からわざわざ買いにこられる方も

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日

10時半~19時半

実働8時間/シフト制

基本残業無し

基本的に曜日固定なので、安定した生活リズムで働けます

もちろんこの日は予定が..という日はお休みできるのでご安心ください

基本給:月給 21万3500円 〜

固定残業代:なし
