「コーポレートスタッフ(総務企画)としてアシストグループ全体に対するコスト最適化と業務/全社制度の進化の推進を行い、 グループの持続的成長の実現に貢献する」
【仕事内容】
ご経験や適性に応じ、まずは「管理総務」領域の改善からお任せし、徐々に「戦略総務」領域へと業務を広げていただくことを期待しています。
<管理総務業務>
管理総務領域業務の改善施策の立案・実行
(例)各支社への庶務カウンター導入提案、電話受付業務の庶務業務の全社統合・BPO化提案・推進 など
内部統制・ガバナンスに関する運用・管理業務
■規程管理、BCP運用、承認統制、印章管理、文書管理 など
社内環境の整備・改善に関する運用業務
■オフィスファシリティ管理、福利厚生制度運用 など
<戦略総務業務>
経営計画に沿った戦略施策の実行
■グループ経営の高度化に向けた各種総務施策の企画・推進
■全社生産性向上施策の企画業務(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須スキル・経験】
▽以下のすべてを満たしている方
■総務、経営企画、秘書室いずれかの領域における業務経験(目安:5年以上)
┗ オペレーターとしての運用業務経験のみの方は対象外
■社内外の関係者を巻き込み、企画立案・提案・実行・プロジェクトマネジメントまでを
■一気通貫で推進した経験
■施策の背景や目的を整理する「論理構成力」と、それを関係者に的確に伝える「言語化・伝達スキル」を含む
■既存の業務プロセスを根本から見直し、効率化や生産性向上を図るための 改革をリードした経験
【歓迎スキル・経験】
■オフィス移転や増床など、大規模なファシリティ対応のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
■非中核業務の外部委託(BPO)を推進し、業務効率化やコスト削減を実現した経験
■小規模チーム(数名程度)のメンバーマネジメント経験
■自ら現状の課題を見つけ出し、解決策を企画・実行をしてきた経験
■中小企業やベンチャー企業における、経理・総務・労務など幅広い管理部門業務のオールマイティな実務経験
