部署・サービスについて
楽天モバイルのB2Bマーケティングを担う部署です。
モバイル回線のみならず、自社プロダクトのプロモーションを戦略的に日々行っております。
「成功のコンセプト」のひとつ、"顧客満足の最大化"を体現するため、常にお客様目線で業務に取り組んでいます。
デジタルマーケティング、イベント、SNS、オウンドメディア、さまざまなチャネルを通したマーケティング活動を行っております。日々の業務を通して、マーケターとしての成長を支援していきます。

注力サービス拡販強化のため、増員募集いたします。
業務内容
1つもしくは複数のプロダクトマーケティング担当として、中長期含むマーケティング戦略を立て、プロダクトの成長をけん引していただきます。(プロダクトによってはチーム体制を組みますので、リーダーシップをとっていただきます) 併せてイベントなどの施策検討とその実行。また主にリスティングなどの運用もおこなっていただきます。 楽天モバイルに身を置くことで、B2Bマーケティングのエンドツーエンドのプロセスを経験しながら会社とともに成長することが可能です。

35名(マーケティング15名、編成20名)
必須要件:
・社会人経験5年以上
・B2Bマーケティング経験
・SEMマーケティング経験(SEM、SEO、EFO、LPO)
・SFAまたはMAツールの利用経験
・コミュニケーションスキル(社内外との交渉調整)
・社交性
歓迎要件:
・リーダーシップ/プロジェクトマネジメントスキル
・営業戦略の企画経験
・データ分析の経験、分液ツール(Google Analytics、Adobe Analitics、tableauなど)
・IT/通信業界でのマーケティング経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力(担当サービスによっては、英語でのコミュニケーションが発生します)
