Shape the future of a global brand in Japan
A leading global brand with a strong and growing presence in Japan is seeking a Strategy Director to help define its next chapter. This is a highly visible leadership role, working hand-in-hand with the CEO and executive team to shape the company's mid-term strategy, pricing direction, and long-term growth agenda.

What you'll do
- Lead the development of the company's 3-year strategic roadmap, identifying new growth opportunities and priorities.
- Own Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, tracking progress and sharpening focus against strategic goals.
- Partner with senior leaders to align on priorities and ensure disciplined execution across the organization.
- Drive pricing strategy, using rigorous data analysis to evaluate performance and unlock value.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
- Work closely with the CEO to craft compelling strategy narratives and executive presentations in both English and Japanese.
