仕事内容:
①同行研修・資格取得:無資格の方は有資格者と同行し実際の現場で業務を習得、資格取得支援制度でプロを目指す
②身体介護:利用者様の体位変換、清拭、日常動作のサポートなど生活に密着した介助を丁寧に実施
③チームケア実践:利用者様やご家族とコミュニケーションを図りながら質の高いケアをチーム一丸で提供
④継続的成長:資格取得後は時給アップし、年3回のボーナス支給で日々の頑張りが待遇に反映される環境
難病を抱える利用者様が住み慣れた自宅で充実した生活を送れるよう、訪問介護でサポートするお仕事です。居宅介護支援事業や重度訪問介護を通じ、利用者様がより豊かで快適な日常を送れるよう、きめ細やかなサービスを追求しています。
週1日から相談可能で、育児や家族の介護、副業・Wワークなど、あなたの希望に合わせたワークスタイルを実現できます。20代の新卒・第二新卒から50代・60代以上まで幅広く活躍している職場です。
