【仕事内容】
- ニッポンハムグループにて勤怠システムの導入から保守までの業務を担って頂きます。
開発自体はベンダー様と協力しながら行います。グループ会社の方と要件定義を行い、ベンダー様との調整を行って頂きます。
システム導入済の企業には保守運用業務をお任せします。(導入済み企業は約20社)
また、ニッポンハムグループ内で人事給与システムが未導入の会社が約30社ほどございます。そこへの導入から運用までを滞りなく行って頂きます。

510万円~880万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

【事業内容・会社の特長】
・ニッポンハムグループのシステムにまつわる企画(一部、日本ハム(株)IT戦略部と協働)、開発、保守メンテナンス、
稼働監視や事業部門の業務プロセス見直し等の業務コンサルを行います。
・ハム・ソーセージの製造から始まったニッポンハムグループの事業。
現在では、多くの調理加工品や水産品、乳製品、健康食品などバラエティ豊かな食材や商品にまで広がりを見せています。
日本ハムシステムソリューションズはそれら事業に精通したSI(システム・インテグレーター)組織です。
また、会計(経理)や人事 等、本社間接部門のシステムも担当し、
日本ハム(株)経営戦略部門と協働にてホームページの構築・改変やマーケティング活動の支援も行っています。
・ニッポンハムグループ基幹システムの統合・再構築(Connect Project)への参画し、事業に対して密着した事業貢献を行っています。
・グループ全体のネットワーク構築、スマートワーク環境構築、
海外も含めたセキュリティシステムなどインフラ基盤構築の企画・設計・運用を実施しています。
・RPA、IoT、AI、AR・VRも用いたペーパーレスシステム等の新技術の調査、
PoCに加え、事業部への提案・開発・運用を通じて、DXの推進を支援しています。
・IT投資に対する効果創出するためのITリテラシー向上のためのトレーニング・サポートデスクを運営しています。
