Responsibilities
- 安全衛生 または 環境管理に関わる業務を担当。
- EHS(Environmental Health and Safety)関連活動の推進と管理。
- EHSに関わる社内規定文書の制定、管理。
経験に応じて 下記業務の一部を担当していただく。
業務内容詳細
安全衛生担当業務:
- 安全衛生委員会運営、常駐業者安全衛生協議会運営
- 安全衛生活動計画策定、進捗管理
- 労働災害発生リスク低減活動の推進。
- 緊急避難経路の制定、管理。
- 安全衛生に関する法的要求、規制の順守管理。
- 生産設備の安全対策、災害対策の推進
- 作業環境測定
- 行政対応(労働災害の対応、労働88条届出)
- 防火/防災訓練(計画および実施)
環境関連担当業務
- 環境マネジメントシステム(ISO14001)の運用、管理。
- 環境管理委員会の運営。
- 環境負荷、廃棄物の低減活動推進。
- 環境汚染等 災害発生リスクの削減活動。
- 環境管理の手順の制定、活動計画の策定と実施。
- 環境に関する法的要求、規制の順守管理。
- 環境に関する内部監査、外部審査の対応
- 行政対応(環境関連法規に基づき設備設置、廃棄物排出等の届出、定期立入検査の対応)。
- 取引先対応(顧客指示に基づき環境情報の報告、廃棄物業者の評価選定や廃棄計画の調整)。
EHS共通業務
- 工場運営に関する法規制の順守管理
- Sustainability(安全衛生、環境)関連活動の推進と管理
- RBA(Responsible Business Alliance)行動規範に基づいた活動推進と改善
- EHS関連 社内規定文書の制定と管理。
- EHS関連の従業員向けトレーニングプログラムの開発および管理
- 関係者(米国本社含む)とE-Mail、電話会議によるコミュニケーション(英語能力要)
Requirements
<必須>Must-have Requirements
- 大学卒業または同等以上の知識と経験。
- 生産工場におけるエンジニアリング業務、またはEHS(安全衛生、環境)関連業務の経験 5年以上。
<歓迎>Preferred Requirements
- ISOマネジメントシステム(14001,9001,45001等)に関する知識と業務経験。
- EHS関連、特に化学薬品、ガス、設備安全仕様に関する知識と業務経験。
- 工場運営に関する法規制に関する知識
(大気汚染防止法、水質汚濁防止法、消防法(危険物関連)、労働安全衛生法、廃棄物処理法等に関する知識。公害防止管理者資格の保有)
- 化学薬品、電子部品、半導体工場での業務経験。
- RBA行動規範に関する知識と業務経験。
- 組織横断的なプロジェクト業務の推進リーダの経験。
- 数値データ分析、解析の経験。
- 文書管理システムの構築経験。社内基準書、規定書、手順書等の策定経験。
- 英語によるコミュニケーション能力(TOEIC:600点以上。)

- 複数の兼務を優先順位に従って遂行できる。
- 協調性、コミュニケーション能力に優れている。
- プレゼンテーション(資料作成含む)に慣れている。
