・施工管理(工程、安全、品質、予算管理)

・施工準備の検討

・竣工検査

・現場での定例会議の参加

・班長、副班長の補佐

・チームメンバーの業務指導

※将来的に施工監理(建築)へキャリアアップできる可能性もございます。

・担当施設は賃貸マンション、ホテル、介護施設、戸建住宅、商業施設等です。

・請負形態は元請工事です。

・請負金額は数億円~十数億円です。

・工事内容は新設工事です。

・工事期間は半年~1年です。

・担当地域は大阪府(大阪市内)が中心です。

・残業時間は月平均40時間です。

・試用期間中の条件変動はありません。

・定年は68歳です。

・基本的には現場への直行直帰です。

・転勤は当面ございません。

・出張は月1回~2回あります。

・休日出勤は隔週で出勤することがあり、月2回程度です。
