Overview Of The Role(ポジションの概要)
Tableauのミッションは、 お客様がデータを「見て、理解し、活用できるように支援すること」です。 Tableau はビジネスインテリジェンス市場に影響を与え、常に成長を続けています。

Account Executiveは、担当する業界・規模のお客様に対して、弊社の革新的な製品とソリューションを提案し、販売目標を上回る成果を追求する重要なポジションです。

単なる製品販売にとどまらず、お客様の潜在的な課題を深く掘り下げ、最適な解決策を提示します。市場調査からリード獲得、商談の創出、製品デモンストレーション、導入支援、そしてクロージング、さらには契約後のカスタマーサクセスまで、営業プロセスのすべてを主体的に動かすダイナミックなポジションです。

Responsibilities(職務内容)

  • 戦略的アカウントプランニング: 担当するお客様・地域に合わせた戦略的なテリトリープランやアカウントプランを策定し、実行します。市場調査に基づき、販売機会を最大化し、四半期ごとの売上目標を達成します。
  • パイプラインの構築と管理: 新規顧客の開拓と案件の発掘を通じて、常に目標の3倍規模の営業パイプラインを維持・管理します。お客様のビジネス課題を深く理解し、当社のソリューションによる価値を明確にすることで、案件を成約に導きます。
  • お客様との関係性構築: 現場の担当者だけでなく、CxOレベルを含む経営層との関係を構築・強化し、長期的なパートナーシップを築きます。
  • ソリューション提案能力: お客様の顕在・潜在的な課題を深く掘り下げ、説得力のある製品デモンストレーションを実施することで、お客様のビジネス変革を支援します。
  • チームの成功への貢献: 営業チームのSalesforce Analyticsのエキスパートとして、データ分析をサポートします。また、セールスエンジニア、カスタマーサクセス、製品サポートなど、社内外の様々な関係者と密に連携し、チームとして最高の成果を出します。
  • エキスパートとしての成長: 業界動向や競合情報を常に収集し、自社のソリューションのエキスパートとして、お客様に最高の価値を提供します。

Required Qualifications(必須要件)

  • IT業界での法人営業経験(5年以上)、および課題解決型の営業経験
  • 既存顧客の深耕および新規顧客開拓の経験
  • お客様のニーズに応じた提案資料の作成・プレゼンテーションスキル
  • 社内外の関係者と連携し、プロジェクトを推進できるチーム連携力・調整力

Preferred Qualifications(歓迎要件)

  • 大手企業(エンタープライズ)を担当した経験
  • AnalyticsやSaaSソリューションの提案・販売経験
  • TableauまたはBI製品の利用または提案経験
  • Google Workspace や Slack などの業務ツールの使用経験
