・アパート等の建築工事の工程管理、品質管理、安全管理等の施工管理業務

・オーナー様との密な相談・デザイン提案

・工事進捗や内容のチェック、計画通りに安全・確実に工事が進むよう調整

・現場の職人や業者の方々との連携

・施工報告書、工程日報などの書類作成

【配属について】

初期配属は関東圏を想定しており、全国に約55万室の賃貸住宅を管理する当社の施工管理として、地域社会に貢献していただきます。バックオフィス体制が強化されているため、安全や品質管理業務に集中できる環境です。

勤務時間・曜日:

基本勤務時間: 09:00~18:00(実働8時間、休憩60分)

時差出勤制度: 基本の就業時間は9時~18時と定めていますが、勤務場所、勤務形態または職種等に応じて始業時間を15分単位で変更することが可能です。

テレワーク制度: 育児・介護などの事情がない従業員に対しても、生産性向上を目的としたテレワークを実施できるよう範囲を拡大。1日の中で出社と在宅を併用するなど、柔軟な働き方をすることが可能です。

残業について: 部門の平均残業時間は月20時間以下です。残業時間に応じて残業手当を別途支給いたします。
