仕事内容


自社のエンジニア(インフラ/クラウド/開発)と連携し、顧客課題のヒアリング~提案~案件創出~既存深耕を行う営業ポジションです。

既存顧客フォローが中心のため、新規開拓の比率は低めで、顧客の業務理解や課題把握を通じて、長期的な関係構築ができます。

【主な業務】

既存クライアント(SIer/事業会社)への深耕営業

顧客課題ヒアリング、案件化、提案書作成

インフラ、アプリ開発の案件提案

社内エンジニアとのマッチング・提案

プロジェクト開始までの調整(契約締結・条件調整)

ベンダー・協力会社との情報連携、取引調整

既存顧客へのフォロー(稼働状況確認・追加受注の提案)

【必須】

・IT業界での営業経験 2年以上

(SES/ソリューション営業/IT商材営業など業態不問)

・基本的なIT知識(ネットワーク・システムの理解があれば尚可)

【歓迎】

・顧客折衝・課題ヒアリング・提案経験

・インフラ(サーバー/ネットワーク/クラウド)案件の提案経験

・エンジニアとのやり取り経験(アサイン/マッチング)

・Microsoft 365/Azure/AWSなどクラウド関連の基礎知識

・PLM/業務システムなどのソリューション営業経験

・提案書作成・見積り・契約まわりの実務経験

年収 円 ~ 円

月給 250000円 ~ 630000円

年齢給、役職給、職能給、資格手当、家族手当、住宅手当、ライン手当、出張手当、通勤手当(3.5万円迄/月)

・残業代は実績に応じて支給
