【仕事内容】

入社後は店舗運営を中心に、マネージャー候補としてお店の管理・教育・改善提案などを担当していただきます。

【主な業務内容】

・スタッフの採用、育成、シフト管理

・売上・コスト・在庫の管理

・接客品質、衛生管理のチェック

・売上分析や改善提案

・お客様満足度向上の取り組み

・キャンペーン企画、メニュー提案など

自分のアイデアがカタチになる職場

店舗の売上や数字改善など、成果が目に見える

【成長ステップ】

3ヶ月後:店舗運営の基本をマスター

6ヶ月後:スタッフ教育・リーダー業務に挑戦

1年後:店長候補として現場を指揮

2年後:マネージャー・エリア責任者へ昇格も可能

20代で店長、30代でマネージャーなど、
