  • インターナショナルスクール「Learning Tree」の運営 ≪ 英語だけでなく将来必要なポジティヴなマインドセットを育成するという理念のもと、最初は生徒3名から教室をスタート。クチコミで評判が広がり、現在では500名の生徒を持つまでに成長しました。 ≫
  • 木場キャンパス1階にオーガニックカフェを運営

業務内容

  • 以下の第3段階または第4段階からスタートする管理職候補の業務です

第1段階 ネイティヴ担任のアシスタント(教材作りの手伝い・保育補助)

第2段階 スクール運営スタッフ(アドミン)のアシスタント(メール作成・請求書作成・保護者対応)

第3段階 スクール運営スタッフ(アドミン)に成長(クラス運営全般)

第4段階 スクール運営マネージャー(マネージャーアドミン)に成長(学年運営・問い合せや体験入学対応)

第5段階 ゼネラルマネージャーに成長(スクール全体をよりよくする)

生徒や担任と接する時も、ミーティング時も雑談時もすべて英語を使います。 英語だけでなく、保育士の資格を取得することを推奨しています。

独り立ちまでの期間半年~1年

  • 独り立ちまでは、現場を学ぶため保育補助業務からスタートします。
  • 3~4年を目安に保育士資格を取得 (費用会社負担)対象となる方
  • 仕事で自分を成長させたいという人生に対する情熱のある方
  • 明るくフレンドリーで人を助けるのが好きな方
  • 日常会話レベルの英語力(職場では英語を使います) のある方
  • 子どもが好きで、子どもの成長に興味のある方
  • 留学経験のある方

給与

  • 基本月給30.5万円以上(試用期間中25.5万円、ゼネラルマネージャー35.5万円)
  • 定額時間外手当(22時間/月相当分)を含みます。22時間超過分は、別途支給いたします。

賞与

  • 賞与 あり ※当社規定により決定

諸手当

  • 近隣居住手当 2万円
  • 英語資格手当 準1級1万、1級5万円
  • 保育士手当 3万円
  • ダブル資格手当(英語1級と保育士) 3万円
  • 土曜日出勤手当(時間数による)

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間

平日営業時間/9:00~19:00(固定残業1時間程度を含む)

土曜営業時間(月0回−2回。シフト制 時間外手当)/9:00~14:00

  • 慶弔休暇

1週間以上の長期休暇は年5回

  • 春・GW・夏・秋(各1週間前後)
  • 年末年始(2週間前後)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥255,000 〜 ¥415,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥38,800(22時間相当分)を含む。22時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
