Responsibilities (職務内容)Lead day-to-day HR operations while supporting strategic initiatives across the business.
Partner with management to deliver effective workforce planning and talent development solutions.
Ensure compliance with labor law and HR policies, maintaining accurate HR records and processes.
Drive engagement and retention through culture-building and employee experience initiatives.
Contribute to HR projects including process improvement and system enhancement.
Qualifications (必要な能力・経験・資格)
Proven background in HR management within an international company.
Strong understanding of Japanese labor regulations and HR processes.
Ability to act as a business partner to management and influence through data-driven insights.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Experience leading or mentoring team members is preferred.
