フルフィルメントセンターのオペレーションマネージャーは、入庫、出荷、仕分け業務を担当し、大きな裁量権が与えられます。マネージャーレベルの部下を率い、業務を統括します。チームメンバーのエンゲージメントを高め、日々の業務目標の達成を確実にするだけでなく、さらなる高みを目指し、業務改善や新サービスの導入に取り組むための改善スキルと意欲も求められます。

シフト全体を通して、安全性、品質、パフォーマンス、そして顧客サービスを向上させる
組織のポリシーと手順を監督し、遵守する
業務目標を達成し、それを上回る成果を上げる
業務量予測に基づき、戦略計画を策定し、パフォーマンスを評価し、問題を解決し、人員配置ニーズに対応する
チームメンバーのキャリアアップを指導、研修、育成する
学習・人材開発チームと連携し、人材獲得、パフォーマンスとキャリア開発、育成、後継者育成計画の計画を策定・実行する
シフト全体およびネットワーク全体にわたってベストプラクティスを構築・展開する

Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) の目標は、お客様に世界クラスの配送オペレーションを構築することです。Amazonは、お客様のご注文を可能な限り迅速かつ正確に、そして最も費用対効果の高い方法でお届けすることで、お客様の期待を超えることを目指しており、日本国内でも急速に事業を拡大しています。
オペレーションマネージャーは、入庫、出庫、仕分け業務の全責任を負います。お客様からの荷物は、当社のフルフィルメントセンターで処理され、お客様へ配送されます。FCオペレーションマネージャーは、サイトリーダーの右腕として、複数のマネージャーを指揮し、オペレーション全体を統括します。FCで働くすべてのメンバーと連携し、日々の目標と長期的なオペレーション目標の達成を確実にします。さらに、サイトおよび地域のオペレーションリーダーと積極的に連携し、新たなオペレーション改善や新サービスを導入します。マネージャーには、オペレーション改善のための方法を継続的に模索することが期待されます。
基本的な資格
数値指標を用いて人、物、資金の流れを管理・改善した経験3年以上
マネジメント経験(例:評価・人材育成の経験)
プロジェクトマネジメント経験(プロジェクト規模は問わない、複数部署にまたがるプロジェクトなど)
シフト勤務への柔軟性
ビジネスレベルの日本語または英語力(読解・書き方・会話)
望ましい資格
【経験】
・製造、物流、小売業において、数値指標を用いて人、物、資金の流れを管理・改善した経験5年以上
・間接管理の経験(マネージャーやチームリーダーによるマネジメント)、マネージャー/リーダーの育成経験
・繁忙期に複数のパートタイム従業員や臨時従業員と連携した業務経験
【スキル・資格】
・エンジニアリング、マネジメント、または関連分野での経験
