アマゾンジャパンのオペレーション部門は、急速な事業拡大の中、お客様の利便性を追求し、「欲しいものを素早くお届けするサービス」を実現してきました。このサービスを支える中核チームの一つであるAMXL部門は、外部の物流パートナーと連携し、自社フルフィルメントセンター(FC)にない商品の取り扱いや、急激な需要変化への迅速な対応を行うことで、品揃えの拡充とお客様のショッピング体験の向上に貢献しています。近年では、自社FCと同様のシステム・管理基準を外部の物流パートナーにも導入することで、生産性と品質のさらなる向上を実現しています。
この役割を担うため、本ポジションでは、オペレーション管理の標準化、物流プロセスの分析・改善を行います。特に、外部パートナーと連携した物流プロセスの改善、および外部拠点の健全な運用の確保を担っていただきます。
AMXL事業部のオペレーションチームは、外部物流パートナーが運営する物流センターにおける入出荷工程の日々の作業進捗管理手法を開発・標準化し、外部物流パートナーに展開します。また、新規の物流センター開設時における円滑な運用を支援する運用サポートも提供します。Amazonの知見と経験を活かし、各拠点におけるオペレーションの標準化、品質向上、生産性向上を目指します。これらの業務は、外部物流パートナーとの緊密なコミュニケーションを通して実現します。
職務内容
【業務進捗管理手法の確立】
AMXL事業部内の新規開設物流センターにおいて、自社FCと同様のシステムを構築するための標準的な運用管理手法を策定し、センターを担当する外部物流パートナーに展開します。また、導入した管理手法の運用状況を検証・改善し、問い合わせや問題が発生した場合の対応を行います。
【改善プロジェクト推進】
AMXL事業部において、当社FCと同様のシステムを導入している選定された拠点において、各部署・各工程における無駄の排除、業務の簡素化、環境改善に取り組み、品質と生産性の向上につなげていただきます。
【業務内容】
50%:新物流センターの業務進捗管理手法の開発・導入
30%:既存物流センターの改善プロジェクトの推進
20%:業務上の課題・問題点の解決
■勤務形態:月単位のフレックスタイム勤務
■勤務時間:1日8時間、週平均40時間以内
■休日:年間120日(月10日)
■日勤:8:00~19:00(8時間シフト)
※本ポジションは横浜FCを拠点とします。
※新物流センターの立ち上げに伴い、国内出張が発生する場合があります。
