---業務内容---
財務・経理・税務業務全般
・各種決算書類(試算表、貸借対照表、損益計算書)の作成
・各種勘定科目残高チェック、各種支払処理(給与、旅費、リース等)、決算〆事前処理チェック、
各銀行残高チェック
・固定資産管理(固定資産取得・異動・除却の審査、登録実施)
・個別原価計算を行うためのプロジェクトコードの管理と各種元帳作成(各種仕訳、債権・
債務管理、請求書作成)
・税務業務(税効果計算対応、各種税申告対応)
・内部統制整備に関する対応(社内業務を適正化する仕組みやルールの整備)
・監査法人対応、国税局・税務署対応(会計士監査対応、各種税務調査対応)
※経理システムへの投入や伝票審査等はアウトソーシングしているため、基本は中核業務になります。

---募集背景---
当社財務部門は、「社内業務の適正化を行い、コンプライアンスを最優先し企業価値向上・経営目標達成に寄与する」というミッションを掲げて業務推進しております。
経理部門の体制は現在、部長のほか、課長代理1名、主任2名、人材派遣2名の総勢6名(男性3名、女性3名)という構成。
事業規模拡大に伴う経理処理の増大に加え、海外取引の発生など経理の役割が複雑化しており、中期経営計画達成に向けて、より強固な土台づくりのための増員募集です。
特に30歳代前後の財務・経理人財が不足しており、次世代の中心的な役割を担う人財を募集しています。

・日商簿記2級以上、全経簿記1級以上
