【予定業務】

当社の経理担当として海外子会社をはじめした事業会社支援をお任せします。

1.日清食品グループの企業価値最大化

2.定常業務の効率化

ミッションとし、伝統的な財務経理の枠組みにとらわれず、「攻め」と「守り」の両方から価値創造を担っています。

【業務内容詳細】

財務プラットフォーム代表として財務、会計、税務面から国内外子会社への支援を担当頂きます。

具体的には、各種社内プロジェクトへの参画や、グループ会社のガバナンス強化支援、投融資委員会の運営等に携わって頂く予定です。

<プロジェクト支援業務>

・国内・海外新工場建設

・新規ビジネスローンチ等

<ガバナンス強化業務>

・経理業務のプロセス評価、構築、現地に赴いての据付け

<投融資委員会業務>

・国内外グループ会社における投融資案件の評価

・投資後の効果測定

※海外出張は年1~3回程度 を想定。その他電話・メールがメインでオンラインMTGに英語が発生する可能性があります。また海外現地法人の担当者は日本人駐在員も、現地採用者もいます。

※今までビジネスレベルで英語を使用していなかった方でも経理の知見を活かし、英語を使ったグローバルな活躍を目指せる環境です。

上記雇い入れ直後の予定業務です。

会社方針や従業員の適性その他の理由により、会社の定める業務への異動を命じることがあります。

【配属組織について】

- 財務プラットフォーム全体で約50名在籍。管理職とメンバーの計2名体制。投融資委員会の業務については、他チームの方にも担って頂いています。

  • 財務経理部全体では管理職含め約7割が中途入社であり、様々なバックグラウンドの方が活躍しています。

中途入社者が早期に部署になじめるようなオンボーディングにも力を入れています。

【働き方について】

- 当社はフレックス勤務とテレワークを推進しています。ペーパーレス&デジタル化が進んでいますので、在宅勤務も可能(目安は週1~3日程度)、午前テレワーク・午後出社という働き方も可能です。育児中の社員も多数在籍しています。

  • 来社対応やMTG時は出社も発生しますが、状況に応じてフレキシブルな働き方が実現できております。

  • 東京本社に出社した場合は社員食堂をご利用いただけます。今話題の完全栄養食が300円で食べられます

応募資格

【必須】

・単体決算含む、財務会計または管理会計の経験2年以上

・英語に抵抗がなく、英語を使った業務に前向きに挑戦していきたい方

【求める人物像】

・高い積極性をもって、主体的かつ前向きに業務に取り組める方

  • 就業時間 9:00-17:40(休憩時間60分間)

  • 休日 土日・祝日、年末年始

  • 有給休暇 有(入社時から発生:入社月により5日~14日)

  • 役職定年制度:FA制度(6級職以上(管理職)対象)

・6級職は52歳、7級職は54歳、8級職は56歳で役職定年が適用

・役職定年後に専任職として継続雇用される場合、処遇の減額あり

※役職定年年齢に該当する場合も能力や経験に応じて処遇は要相談
