【仕事内容】

■東証プライム上場で業界最大手のブライダル事業を展開する同社にて、経営企画業務を担当いただきます。

コア事業となるブライダル事業の戦略立てや、会社全体の状況を見た中で衰退事業と成長事業を見極め、新事業の戦略立てや方向性を転換(業務提携などの検討も含めた)など、会社の方向性を牽引する存在として幅広く企画を担っていただきたいと考えております。また、将来的にはマネジメントにも従事いただきます。

【具体的には】

◇成長戦略の策定(売上予算、コスト予算、投資戦略、採用戦略、資金調達戦略)

◇M&A/投資案件のDD、エグゼキューション

◇売上/利益創出に向けた既存事業強化、新規事業立案の推進

◇その他各種経営企画業務に関連するコーポレートアクションに関する企画・推進

◇各事業部の事業戦略の牽引

◇コア事業の戦略立案

◇会社全体を見据えた衰退事業と成長事業の見極め

◇新事業の戦略策定と方向性の転換(業務提携などの検討)

・IR(1名)

・情報システム(2名+外注している保守管理の担当)

【給与】

【年収例】850万円~950万円(28歳~40歳:例)

【月収例】531,100円~608,600円(28歳~40歳:例)

※年収は年齢、経験、スキルを考慮のうえ、決定します。

※残業代:固定残業制(20H)+超過分別途支給

(内訳:73,600~73,600円)
