【テクニカルサポート】

バックアップ・ストレージ製品サポート。

CanonグループIT企業で、

法人顧客向けバックアップ製品・

ストレージ製品の

サポート業務を担当いただきます。

<具体的な仕事内容>

  • 問い合わせ対応

(メール中心・電話は約1割)

・1人あたり1日5~10件対応目安

・顧客向け回答文作成、

メーカーエスカレーション、ナレッジ作成

  • 障害対応

(ログ解析、切り分け、

再現テスト、復旧手順確認)

・修正パッチ動作チェック

  • オンサイト対応

(パーツ交換、復旧作業、

バージョンアップ)

・頻度は約2カ月に1回程度

(増加の可能性あり)

  • 構築作業(パラメータシート作成、

顧客調整、現地構築)

  • ドキュメント作成(運用手順書、

報告書、コールフロー、検証結果報告)

  • 仕様確認(マニュアル・ナレッジ確認、

メーカーエスカレーション)

  • 定例会

(ベンダー定例会参加・資料作成)

  • サポート対象製品

シフトについて

  • 着任から数ヶ月~1年程度は、

基本シフト(09:00~17:30)で

勤務いただきます。

5~20時間程

※業務状況により変動しますが、

平均で月10時間程です。

【在宅勤務、リモートワーク】

着任約1ヶ月間は業務レクチャー・

引継ぎのためフル出社。

以降は週1~2日は

在宅ワークとなる予定です

(PC・携帯電話を貸与)。

基本給:時給 2300円 〜 2800円

  • 交通費規定内支給(月額10万円まで)
