Job Description
職務内容 :
- フローサイトメトリーに関する高度な技術的知識・経験を活かし、日本全国の顧客(アカデミア・企業双方)における技術的なサポート及び啓蒙活動によりアカウントマネージャー(テリトリー営業担当)を支援する。
- 製品の技術的な特長・優位点を装置のデモンストレーションを通じて顧客へ伝え、ビジネスの成約に貢献する。
- フローサイトメトリー関連製品の目標売上金額を設定し、各アカウントマネージャとともに売上責任もち(インセンティブに反映)、目標達成のための積極的な活動を行う。
- KOLを発掘し、長期的に良好な関係性を構築する
- 学会・展示会等のマーケティング活動への支援も実施する

Qualifications
<学歴・知識・資格>
- 免疫学・細胞生物学・分子生物学・血液学・腫瘍学、いずれかもしくはそれに準ずる学問に係わる知識を有する
- フローサイトメトリーの技術的な知識及びフローサイトメーターの使用経験を有する(顧客先でのデモンストレーション経験を有する場合は尚可)
<経験・姿勢>
- フローサイトメトリー及び細胞分析市場に係わる5年以上の業務経験を有する(研究開発経験、学術経験は尚可)
- 論理的な思考、柔軟性、チームワーク、新規顧客開拓への熱意
- コミュニケ―ションスキル
- 英語ビジネスレベル(読み・書き・会話)
- 日本語ビジネスレベル
