【仕事内容】

ホームページの制作や運用サービスを提供する企業のアウトバウンドコールスタッフのお仕事

お任せするのは「ご案内~アポイント取得」まで。

「ホームページからの集客をもっと増やしたい」や「ホームページのが全然更新できなくて困ってる」などホームページに関するお困りごとが無いかをお伺いし、サービスにご興味を持っていただいたお客様に商談のアポを取っていただく流れになります。

商談や契約対応は別の担当者が行うため、クロージングの負担はありません

また、5~10名規模のチームで進行しており、

既に先輩メンバーがおりますので、困ったら相談しながら進められる環境ですので、未経験でも安心してお仕事をスタートする事ができます

・ご興味を持たれた方へのアポイント設定

・対応履歴の入力 など
