Too Good To Goは、「食品ロスと闘うために、人々を巻き込み、行動を促す」ことを使命としています。

世界では生産される食品の3分の1以上が廃棄されています。これは地球環境に深刻な影響を及ぼし、温室効果ガスの約10%が食品ロス・廃棄に起因しています。

私たちは、売れ残りや余剰食品を抱える飲食店や小売店と、それを割安で購入したい消費者をつなぐマーケットプレイス型アプリを提供しています。また、B Corp認証企業として、教育活動やビジネスソリューションの開発、法制度への働きかけなど、食品ロス削減に向けたさまざまな取り組みを行っています。

【募集ポジション】セールススペシャリスト
日本市場立ち上げチームの一員として、飲食店や小売店に対し「Too Good To Go」の導入を提案し、持続可能なパートナーシップを構築していただきます。

【主な役割】

  • 新規開拓営業: 飲食店、カフェ、ベーカリー、コンビニなどへ、電話・メール・対面訪問(コールドコール含む)を通じてアプローチ。
  • ソリューション提案: 廃棄コストの削減や新規顧客獲得など、店舗側の課題に合わせた導入メリットを提案。
  • パイプライン管理: 自身の営業活動を可視化し、優先順位をつけながら効率的にクロージングまで実施。
  • 初期導入サポート: 契約した店舗がスムーズにサービスを開始できるよう、伴走支援。
  • ナレッジ共有: 立ち上げ期ならではの気づきをチームに共有し、日本独自のベストプラクティスを構築。

【応募要件】
(必須スキル・経験)

  • 営業経験(1年以上): インサイドセールス、新規開拓、ソリューション営業など(商材不問)。
  • マインドセット: 目標達成への強いコミットメントがあり、アウトバウンド営業に抵抗がない方。
  • 自律性: 立ち上げフェーズの不確実性を楽しみ、自ら考え行動できる方。
  • 日本語力: 母国語(ネイティブ)レベル。

(歓迎スキル・経験)

  • Salesforceやその他CRMの使用経験。
  • 英語力(グローバルチームとの知見共有に活かせます ※必須ではありません)。
  • 営業未経験・第二新卒の方も、ミッションへの強い共感があれば歓迎します。

  • 固定時間外労働手当 月20時間分を含む

  • オフィスワークとリモートワークのハイブリッドワーク

  • 勤務時間:月〜金 9:00〜18:00(実働8時間・休憩1時間)

  • 休日:土日および国民の祝日
