仕事概要
- カスタマーサクセス <業務概要> 住宅・不動産会社様向けに提供している「HOTLEAD」を活用し、住宅・不動産会社様とお客様をつなぐ "架け橋"として活躍していただきます。 お問い合わせいただいたお客様に電話やメールで物件探しに関わる情報のヒアリングや、内見希望の日程調整等を行い、アポイントを設定します。 <具体的には・・・> 「物件の内覧希望」「駅周辺でアパートを探したい」 「注文住宅のカタログを送って」などといったお問い合わせをいただきます。 ヒアリングした情報や来店予約日時などをシステムに登録して、その後は不動産営業の方々にバトンタッチします。 他にも、 ・トークスクリプトや運用フローの改善提案 ・業務効率化やシステムの改善提案、業務フローの設計 ・クライアント勉強会 など、コール業務以外も経験ができます。 <ポジションの魅力> カスタマーサクセスはお客様との接点が最も多いポジションのため、傾聴力や提案力が身に着くだけではなく、お客様が抱えている課題解決のきっかけとなったり、業界のトレンドなど、最前線で知見を身に付けることができます。 【選考フロー】 エントリー書類選考面接(2-3回)内定 ※1次面接はオンライン、2次面接以降は対面での面接となります。

【勤務体系】 シフト制(1ヵ月単位の変形労働時間制) 9:00~21:00の間での交代制シフト勤務となります。 早番:9:00-14:30 遅番:13:00-21:00 通し:9:00-20:00(※月に数回9:00-21:00のシフト有) ※月平均総労働時間:160時間、公休9~11日(内4日は希望休) ※入社初月は研修のため、原則希望休の提出は不可 【休日・休暇】 年間休日 122日(2024年度) 年次有給休暇 年末年始休暇(12月30日~1月3日) 週休2日制(月9日〜11日/シフト) 特別有給休暇(ペットを含む慶弔休暇、結婚休暇) 産休・育休(取得・復職実績あり) 5日以上の連続休暇も取得可能
